Life Reflections – 01.04.10

I made the trip to Louisville.  The picture to the left is a snapshot of Southern Seminary’s campus.  On the way up yesterday, I stopped to see a pastor friend of mine, James Sanders, pastor of Pleasant View Baptist Church in Clarksville, Tennessee.  At the 6 P.M. hour, I stopped at the closest church, “Muddy River Baptist Church” in Russellville, Kentucky.  Counting myself, there were nine people present.  This Eastern time zone is hard to get used to.  It is still pitch black at 7:30 A.M.  The wind chill  is 10 degrees, with a temperature of 22.  They are calling for snow on Thursday.  Oh yeah, the “class thing” is going well too.  I look forward to seeing you all this coming Sunday!

  1. Bro. Eric,
Glad to hear everything is going good for you.
I hope you continue to have a great week of class.
    The campus is beautiful!
    Cindy

  2. I will also enjoy the pictures but you can keep the snow and cold weather. I came here from Arizona and still adjusting to anything below 70.
